Kräftiges, aromatisches Brot mit Kartoffeln. Bleibt lange frisch.

Zubereitung:

1 kg Backmischung mit ca. 700 ml Wasser, 1 Würfel Hefe oder Trockenhefe in ca. 10 Minuten zu einem glatten Teig kneten, mit einem Tuch abdecken. Backofen auf 250 Grad vorheizen. Nach ca. 45 Minuten Ruhezeit den Teig zu zwei länglichen, gleich großen Broten formen. Die Brote auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech setzen, Oberfläche einschneiden. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 250 Grad ca. 10 Minuten backen, dann auf ca. 210 Grad zurück schalten und weitere 50 Minuten backen.
