Backmischung für Dinkel-Malzbrot mit Vollkorn und Malz. Ein kräftiges und dunkles Brot.

Zubereitung:

1 kg Backmischung, 1 Würfel Hefe oder Trockenhefe, ca. 0,68L Wasser.

Aus allen Zutaten in ca. 10 Minuten einen glatten Teig herstellen. Den Teig ca. 60 Minuten ruhen lassen oder bis sich das Volumen verdoppelt hat. Zwei Brote formen und auf das mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backblech setzen. Oberfläche einschneiden. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 250 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 10 Minuten backen. Danach weitere ca. 50. Minuten bei 210 Grad fertig backen.
