Pizzamehl kann für die klassische Pizza so wie für Focaccia, Baguette, Ciabatta und Nudelteige verwendet werden. 

 

Rezept für Pizzaboden:

1 kg Pizzamehl, 20 g Salz, 60 g Olivenöl,

ca. 620 ml Wasser, 1 Hefe oder Trockenhefe

Alle Zutaten zu einem glatten Teig kneten,

ca. 1 Std gehen lassen, Portionskugeln formen und ausrollen Nach Wunsch belegen.

 

Tipp: Nur 7 g Hefe verwenden, den Teig mit Folie abdecken und im Kühlschrank 12-24 Stunden ruhen lassen.
