Zubereitung für 10-11 Stk:

500 g Backmischung, 2 Eier, 250g Wasser in ca. 2 Minuten verrühren (nicht schaumig schlagen). Die Amerikaner mit einer Lochtülle ⌀ 15 mm auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech spritzen. Ca. 15 Minuten bei 180 Grad ausbacken und nach belieben dekorieren.
