Dinkel-Vollkornbackmischung für ein lockeres Dinkelvollkornbrot. Bleibt lange frisch.

Zubereitung:

1 kg Backmischung mit ca. 0,75 l Wasser, 1 Hefe oder Trockenhefe in ca. 10 Minuten zu einem weichen Teig kneten. Der Teig zieht während der Teigruhe etwas nach. Den Teig ca. 40 Minuten ruhen lassen. Zwei längliche Brote formen und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech setzen. Oberfläche einschneiden. Im vorgeheizen Backofen bei 250 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 10 Minuten backen. Danach weitere 50 Minuten bei ca. 210 Grad fertig backen.
