Unser herzhaftes Dinnelemehl für original schwäbische Dinnele. Die Mischung aus Weizenmehl, Dinkelmehl und Sauerteig rundet den Geschmack ab. 

Rezept Dinnele:

> schnelle Variante: 1 kg Dinnelemehl, 1 Würfel Hefe bzw. 1 Pck. Trockenhefe, 20 g Salz, ca. 670 ml Wasser
- Alle Zutaten in ca. 10 Min. zu einem glatten Teig kneten. Den Teig ca. 2 h bei Raumtemperatur gehen lassen. Anschließend ca. 210 g schwere Teiglinge abwiegen.

> Langzeit Variante: 1 kg Dinnelemehl, 5 g Hefe, 20 g Salz, ca. 670 ml Wasser
- Alle Zutaten in ca. 10 Min. zu einem glatten Teig kneten. Den Teig mit Folie zugedeckt im Kühlschrank über Nacht gehen lassen. Morgens ca. 210 g schwere Teiglinge abwiegen und nochmals ca. 1 h gehen lassen.

Dinnele mit Belag nach Wahl bei 250 Grad ca.10 Min. backen.
